How Coaching works...
Initial consultation
Upon inquiry, we will schedule a time and date for your initial consultation call. You and I will discuss your short and long-term goals for training, your past training and get to know each other more to see if we’d be a good fit to work together.
Build Out
After the initial consultation is complete, if we’re a good fit to work together, then I will begin designing your initial training block based on all of the information I gather from our call. This will be the base, which we build upon over the entirety of our time working together.
Dynamic Programming
You will have access to me via your communication method of choice for any questions and feedback. Response within 24 hours is guaranteed.
Coaching Sessions/Check Ins
We will meet to review all things training and nutrition. These meetings will allow us to refine your technique, monitor fatigue, monitor nutrition needs, and guide training execution, so you can be the best lifter you can be.
